DAY on stage at the Museum Retail Congress in Den Bosch
On April 10th, our Founding Partner and Brand Strategist, Louk de Sévaux and Bart Kleijzen, spoke at the Museum Retail Congress (Museumwinkeldag) at Stedelijk Museum s’Hertogenbosch.
They shared their knowledge and expertise to a wide audience of people who are responsible for museum retail of all shapes and sizes in the Netherlands.
“Museum retail is actually serious business”, explains Bart. “It is an extension of people’s visits to museums, and the opportunity for those museums to make that visit tangible”. Louk points out, “Museum shops are often visited at the end of the trip, which is one of the crucial moments of truth for any experience”.
