Client: Stayokay The 5th
Stayokay is a Dutch market leader in hostels. With multiple locations Stayokay targets many different guests; from families to young and international sightseers. In some of the city locations Stayokay has developed a Food & Beverages concept called “The 5th”.
The idea is to attract more locals and passersby, as well as, increasing the dwell time of the guests. A cultural melting pot and “living space” where people can come together, have a drink, bite, do some work or just have fun.
DAY was asked to design a logo and create a brand identity for “The 5th” that could exist next to the existing brand and match the values and vision of Stayokay.
DAY created a fun design manual and colourful identity, reflecting young and fresh characteristics, that is used on all communication material, such as, terrain branding, website and menu.
