Building a Personality for the W200 Building

Challenge

FLOW Real Estate is a leading commercial asset management company based in the Netherlands. One their assets in their portfolio is located on the Weena in Rotterdam which was recently renovated to attract the high end corporate rental market. DAY has worked with Flow on two other buildings and was invited again to develop the visual identity, interior and exterior branding, as well as, a range of communication tools for this landmark building.

 

Solution

Like the other FLOW buildings, DAY created the W200 brand identity with distinctive characteristics taken from the actual building. A unique typeface was drawn up that reflects the high end and urban look and feel. This personality was also embodied in attractive work spaces and surroundings in order to increase the leasing opportunities to potential clients.

W200 is a dynamic workspace in the heart of Rotterdam’s Central Business District. With its high end look and feel, a six meter tall light box on the exterior and fully modernised facilities, W200 embodies the vibrant city center of Rotterdam.

 

Result

A visual identity including logo design, signing, spatial branding and communications such as brochure and website have been realised giving a coherent message to all marketing materials.
