University of Utrecht opens Kinder Kennis Centrum
July 2014 was a successful month for University of Utrecht as it opened its doors to KinderKennisCentrum, their Research Center for Children. The facility’s main focus is research into the development of babies’ brains. The center also specializes in the study of children’s behavior, their characteristics and the environment that surrounds them. This research is targeted specifically on children in the province of Utrecht.
DAY was responsible for developing a recognizable brand. By connecting different target groups, from researchers to parents, we created a strong brand identity, combining brand values and visual style for KinderKennisCentrum. We also created a waiting room, in which we have taken elements for both parents and children into account. Furthermore DAY was responsible for the signage.
