I. Food Inspiration Days is the inspiration event for professionals in the food industry and hospitality. The event where people literally come into contact with the food trends of tomorrow. People can charge themselves with inspiration in the areas of food, consumer trends, new entrepreneurship and business models. The goal is to inspire the foodservice industry and to encourage action by sharing trends, innovations, knowledge and experiences.
II. DAY’s creative partner and founder, Gesina Roters is one of the speakers. She will speak on 16th October on the ‘Creative Minds’ stage and will focus on creating strong (brand) experiences and designing the physical environments around it. What are the most important trends in this area? How do you create a place where people like to stay? Consider, for example, the transformation that stations are currently experiencing. Shifting from a place people need to go, to a place where you meet and like to stay for a while.
