Challenge

BMB Ontwikkeling (formerly known as Biesterbos) is an urban area developer working on real estate developments with a focus on living environments. ‘Real estate’ that contributes to rejuvenating a characteristic area and bringing it inline with today’s needs. Not just about buildings, but connecting the past with the future, the makers with the users and the environment with the people.

 

After having an internal reshuffle and taking this as an opportunity to take a fresh look at their brand, they renamed as BMB Ontwikkeling – Bedenk, Maak, Beleef. DAY was asked to dive deep into their brand ethos and create a new strategy, identity, stationery, presentation template and website.

 

Solution

With the tagline Bedenk, Maak, Beleef (Ideation, Build, Experience) BMB have a unique positioning underlining their long term involvement in projects which needed to be communicated. DAY created proud content for internal and external use, as well as, a manifest.

 

Result

The result is a dynamic and strong yet humanistic identity used across all communication media, alongside playful shadow imagery with the concept of “see the potential”.
