A More Interactive, Bright and Spacious School

Utrecht University is one of the oldest and largest universities in the Netherlands. DAY was approached to do branding and signage for University of Utrecht’s School of Economics (U.S.E.).



DAY analysed all individual spaces and areas within the building. The branding (light/medium/heavy) was applied depending on the requirements and functionality of each space. Color was represented on different surfaces and areas such as walls, ceiling, stairs and doors. Quotes and interactive facts were integrated on walls, while blank chalkboard spaces were left for personal interpretation.



U.S.E has new, thorough and well thought out interior branding, which resulted in more interactive, brighter and spacious environment for students, visitors and employees.
